You will need the following to make them: vanilla wafers, unsalted butter, watermelon juice, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, sugar, milk, unflavored gelatin, and powdered sugar or whipped cream to garnish.


Watermelon Pizza

This healthy dessert “pizza” is loaded with fresh fruit. The recipe comes from Choosing Chia and includes the following: watermelon, coconut or greek yogurt, sliced strawberries, fresh raspberries, cherries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and honey or maple syrup.


Watermelon Chocolate Chip Sorbet
