Unauthorized parking in garage driveway or reserved parking space without proper ID sticker is prohibited. Violators will be towed without notice at the vehicle owner's expense. All motor vehicles are to be properly aligned in parking areas. Boat, Jet Ski, motorcycle and trailer parking is not available on the property. On communities where assigned parking and/or parking stickers are applicable you may only park in your designated space/area. Guest(s) must park in designated guest parking areas only.
